- We also will include a pro forma invoice for our Audit Fee of £295 for your initial Audit we charge £195 for a Second Audit and £95 for all subsequent.
- We will need copies of your original Credit Agreement if you still have them please send them back with your letter of authority.
- If you do not have your original documents do not worry we will request directly from your creditor or loan company (this cost is covered in your audit fee).
- Once we have received your letter of authority and original Credit Agreement, we will evaluate if you have a valid claim if indeed your claim is valid we will then progress your complaint with your Credit Agreement Provider in conjunction with our solicitors updating you every step of the way.
- On settlement of your claim you keep 100% of settlement plus any interest.
- We are authorised by the Ministry of Justice in relation to Claims Management Activities.
NEW! If any agreement we audit is found not to be unfair and therefore there is no claim, we will refund the fee, less a £50 admin fee
Have You Taken Up An Unfair Agreement
Is your Credit Agreement Unenforceable?
Are you paying too much interest?
Has the interest you are paying been calculated properly?
Is your "Credit Agreement" agreement compliant with the Consumer Credit Act?
You may not know the answer to the above and that is why our Solicitors "Audit" your agreements to provide you with the answer.
It doesn't matter if you think you may have lost or mis-placed documents because we will request original copies from your lender or credit card provider for you.
How can Ratio Money do this?
The Consumer Credit Act of 1974 was brought about to protect UK Consumers, however the terms that allowed the consumer protection were not clear and therefore for decades the Credit Industry was allowed free reign with little resistance or challenge from Consumers.
However these unclear terms of protection have now been changed as a result of the Consumer Credit Act of 2006 which makes clear to all parties that Consumers can challenge a Credit Agreement if they believe it to be Unfair.
Ratio Money in partnership with Solicitors can check, audit or review your agreements and confirm if they are fair or unenforecable.
If you believe you may have taken up an "Unfair Credit Agreement" we will handle the whole process for you including if needed taking your Creditor all the way to Court.
We combine our knowledge and experience in finance with our Solicitor's expert legal advice to 'audit' your credit agreement(s).
We check that your agreement complies with the prescribed terms defined in the Consumer Credit Act of 1974. This Consumer Credit Act 1974 exists to protect the rights of lenders and borrowers who are in contract with each other. Millions of credit agreements, ranging from credit cards to loans are in breach of the Act and can be deemed 'unenforceable'.
Where a borrower's agreement is declared 'unenforceable' he/she would not be required to make any future repayments.
